Unless the reporter has been to a college campus or their children will attend, they only have a memory of old style programs. I always hear parents tell their children, “this is not the same food I had in college, it’s so much better and look at the variety”
Perhaps I’ll email the reporter, give a sample of our menus then invite them to campus

Thanks for the encouraging words…..actually we fed the entire Olympic team before they left for Beijing…this is the women’s volleyball team…..
Some pics ……and they don’t look unhappy with our
food……
